Many people, regardless of age, sex, or race, have high blood pressure. Also known as Hypertension, this condition can cause dizziness, vertigo, a racing heart, confusion, and even nose bleeds. However, it is often dubbed “The Silent Killer” because often those with the condition feel perfectly fine.
